About UnitQuick

Convert anything in seconds

UnitQuick is a fast, free converter for units and currencies: length, weight, temperature, volume, area, speed, time, digital storage, data rate, energy, power, pressure, force, frequency, angle, fuel economy and money.

Type a value, pick two units and the result appears instantly. No sign-up, no ads and no waiting: everything is calculated in your browser.

Play and train your sense of units

Every converter has a Game tab. Guess how many centimetres are in a foot, spot the conversion that is wrong, pick what is closest to a kilo or put everyday things in order from smallest to largest.

Each round is different and gets harder as your streak grows. Earn points, keep your streak alive and learn the real size of things without noticing it.

How the results are calculated

Every conversion uses the standard conversion factor between the two units. Temperature uses the exact formulas (for example °F = °C × 9/5 + 32). Units that are the reciprocal of each other, such as miles per gallon and liters per 100 km, are converted with the matching inverse formula.

Exchange rates

Currency conversions use the reference rates of the European Central Bank, published on working days. They are a good guide, but banks and exchange offices apply their own rates and fees, so the amount you actually get can differ.

Private by design

The numbers you type stay in your browser and are never sent to a server. The site uses no advertising and no tracking cookies. Read the privacy policy for details.

Tips

Use the swap button to reverse a conversion, press Ctrl or Cmd + K to find any converter, type decimals with a dot or a comma, and open the Game tab for a quick challenge.
